What’s included in the hire price?

All your cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, cups and glasses.

The vehicle will have a full tank of fuel. All we ask is that it is returned to us with a full tank of fuel ready for the next customer.

What’s not included in the hire price?

You will have to supply your own towels, bedding and/or sleeping bags and pillows. Most people bring their sleeping bags and pillows.

Food and drink

The vehicle comes with a few amenities to get you started on your trip (tea, coffee, milk and sugar). There is plenty of storage for food and there is a proper fridge with a freezer drawer too.

Are dogs allowed in the vehicle ?

How many drivers are insured to drive the vehicle?

One driver is automatically covered to drive the vehicle, assuming they meet the criteria. They must be over the age of 23 and have held a licence for more than 2 years. Additional drivers can also be added. Please get in touch for full details.

Please note that there might be additional charges for drivers with convictions, claims, higher risk occupations, non UK usage & foreign licence holders. For full details please get in touch.

What ID is required ?

We ask for various forms of ID to ensure that the insurance on our vehicles is validated. Please read our terms & conditions page.

Where can I travel?

Anywhere in the UK and Europe (Dependant on restrictions). You will need to let us know if your planning to take the vehicle to another country.

Are there any mileage limitations ?

No! There are no mileage limitations… Go and explore!

Can I book days other than what's offered ?

We can usually work to suit your requirements. Please get in touch and we’ll try to help out wherever possible.

What happens in the unlikely event of an accident or breakdown?

The vehicle comes with full roadside assistance cover. All the relevant information is provided with the vehicle.

If an accident occurs and it is deemed your responsible, the bond will be taken to cover the insurance excess (please read terms & conditions).

Terms and Conditions

It is vital that before making a booking, you read and understand our terms and conditions.

You will be asked when booking to confirm that you have read these. They cover many aspects including our cancellation terms and insurance information. You will be asked to sign a copy of these terms & conditions when collecting the vehicle.
